Scam!!!

Description literally says 3 days free trials then 17,99$ per month.

They charged my 17,99$ right away!!!!

Im reporting this and I need full refund. False information and fraud.

Hello! The rules for the free trial period and subsequent write-off are set by the platform itself, not by the application developers. For a refund, you need to contact Apple support via report.apple.com, where you can submit a refund request. We hope this will help!

Looks great but very expensive

Free app that costs $20 a month to have on your phone is a bit excessive. The 3 day trial is useless.

Nothing intuitive about it

This app is pretty confusing to use. There’s nothing intuitive about it. Simply trying to put a date into an existing PDF is a struggle.

There’s no way to add from Google Drive. You have to go into your documents and hit “open with” from Google drive then find this app in order to add it to the library.

Not impressed, but very glad they have a 3 day trial. Immediate cancel for me.

Refund please

When I initially opened this app, the first information I got was there was a free trial available. But I have been bamboozled. I immediately cancelled it when I realized my PayPal was deducted from. The pdf I even intended for it to edit would not even work. I asked for a refund immediately cause initially I was under the impression it was a free trial and it doesn’t work for what it was intended. But the refund was rejected to my dismay. This is frustrating and if I could give this app a Zero star and still comment on this app I would. And don’t write me any of your suggestions, I just want my money back please!

Unsubscribing should be just as easy as subscribing

I needed to edit a pdf for a rent application. I tried this one, found the free version not what I needed; subscribed for the monthly fee, because I didn’t want the yearly fee on my credit card when I only needed it for one thing. Found the premium version not much better. I used a different app to finalize my application. Found a place — forgot because moving sucks. Then started getting charged the monthly fee. It’s been four months and I have not been able to unsubscribe or get a refund.
You cannot unsubscribe from the app on the app, but you can change your subscription tier -isn’t that weird?
Do not use this app.

Cant edit converted photo

Title. I had a png that was just high quality text, it was a screenshot of a document, and I couldnt edit it. But the converter works fine I guess, although you can just google free websites for that.
