A very useless app. I need to remove my money
I downloaded this app yesterday 16th July. I funded it with 5k only for me login in back and its requiring me confirm my number after a successful registration. I imputed my number and no OTP has been sent. I tried it severely and also tried it today the same thing. It’s just giving Error.
Why is it after I funded the account the app is no longer letting me to login. Pls I need my money out .

This pocket app Kyc verification is very hard and stressful not like other apps Kyc address verification that takes within some minutes and they will get it verified but this of pocket app is very difficultLilranking
You app is not a trusted platform for people to put their money
You literally placed a restriction on my account for days for some reasons thats not clear to me and you still have my money in there and now i am stranded with no money to use and to survive on. A legitimate banking app should not use device location while not in use please remove the features before apple takes down this bank app!! Location should only be used while using the app, it is so wrong to access user’s location while the app is not even being used, battery life data consumption should be considered as well, however this looks like a remote location access going on in the backend remove the features!!Show lessAppleAi Developer

Very useless app and should be brought down
I have been using this app for over 3\4 months and all of a sudden my account was restricted after sending money into it, l couldn’t make any transaction even after interacting with their hopeless customer representative , I woke up one morning to see their agent have deactivated my account with N180,000 and removed my number and diverted all my money and I no longer have access to it and that was how they took my N180,000 for house rent,I was later giving quit notice.Show lessJeremyBIllz
Review on the UI/UX
The front end designers have done an amazing job. I love the responsiveness. The colors picked as well and the font is easy to read, kind of gives a zing to the whole thing. In one term it was a well thought process.

Please do not download this app they are not trusted they also bunch of scammers if you make a deposit they will restrict your account for no good reason and deny you access to unrestrict your account that has been my case for over a week now and to crown it all there customer care is so bad so please if you value your money and don’t want to get scammed of your hard earned money don’t download this useless appShow lesscaxperexchange
