Never works
I’ve had the controller in use on this device for months and detects on windows devices but iPad iPhone doesn’t work. The app just loads indefinitely and a fresh install doesn’t fix it
App crashes
App keeps crashing when trying to map Micro controller.
SN30 Pro+
I love this app and think it is amazing. I just wonder why no support for SN30 Pro +? I want to upgrade to the pro 2, but currently lack the funds. I would at least like to see a separate app for the SN30 Pro+.
No mac modifier keys
You can't remap using mac modifier keys (cmd, option) - should be a pretty basic function. Otherwise works well.
Doesn’t support Apple (Hot)Keys
Until the software is updated to offer one the choice of Apple OR Microsoft keyboard layouts, the usefulness of this software for MacOS/iOS/iPadOS users is negligible. I shall be happy to update the score to a five as and when this issue is addressed, of course, as the potential is very clear indeed!

Needs support for Apple keys
The app works as intended and I can use a Micro controller for custom keybinds and marcos on Clip Studio but the app only supports Windows keys.

“Key combo” tab missing SPACE key….
Everything has been working as it should—pretty intuitive too, setting up profiles and all.
One thing that is missing though is the SPACE key within the “Key Combo” tab. There are keyboard shortcuts that utilize the space key but without it as an option those shortcuts can’t be added.

Fantastic macro options
The remote beats anything Nintendo has to offer. Now you can remap, set macros and set these to different profiles. Wish I had this controller earlier.
Software No Cmd Key
so I just purchased this controller to use as a shortcut remote for the iPad And am frustrated to discover there is no key bind for Cmd. The Ctrl key does not read AT ALL for Cmd Shortcuts which renders half way shortcuts unusable. Please fix this!
Edit: figured out the iOS/Mac Cmd key is the Win Key (this key is found under key combos)…not very explanatory but I hope this helps anyone who comes across this.
