New update ruined the game

I used to have a positive review on the game. But the new “Comic Tricks” completely destroyed the little balance that this game had. I’m uninstalling now because I’m sick of losing 2 characters each game to the Firework Rocket trick 👎

It’s a fun game BUT WARNING if your not willing to spend a boatload of money don’t download it’s a pay to win matchmaking is biased and unfair but overall if you are willing to spend this game is for you

Great Game But Could Not User Friendly

Love the game and the strategy and the charterers but there’s needs to be a couple of additions:

1) once you reach max level cards for the same characters need to be converted into coins/shards
2) I love the events (extra game modes) but energy should recharge over time (slowly) and then users can decide to pay for extra energy
3) There needs to be a shard management system where you con convert 100 level 1 shards to level to shards and so on.
4) Bring back gems for ascension shards trade in the store!! They’re hard enough to come by where it makes the grind worth it.

Sitting extra plays or chances for shards strictly behind a paywall only ever turns users off. At least make it a grind.

Bug!

This weeks event is take an opponents hero out get an extra move. So I got a double kill and did not receive an extra move for it. Doesn’t change I love the game but it did cost me the match. It was a close one and I would have assumed double kill gave me 2 extra moves and it didn’t even give me an extra move. Idk weird… like I said, I really enjoy the game though!

New problem

So far the game is great and spending money can boost you but the packs are pretty expensive- (other than the few daily dealz which are cheap)- so spenders have to spend quite a bit for it to even make an impact &/or have an effect... so far it’s great, good gamepllay and everything but just recently when I go on The app, I can’t start a match, can’t go to store or events or even watch an ad (ads are also cool helpful boost)
The app keeps showin gun the “connecting” screen and when it stops nothing works... then it shows it again . Now after the second reconnecting , the game works for about 3-5 seconds then it repeats ... I’ve checked the internet net and WiFi, tried both and it’s not helping... plz fix!

Survey

I took a lot of time to thoughtfully fill out the survey. On the last question it would not let me submit it. When you back out it wants you to do it all over and now I’m frustrated and i don’t want to. That kind of thing needs to be looked at.

Hero Bump

It's a great game in normal with original characters and verifiably sense-making abilities, but first of all-matchmaking in late game is HORRIBLE. Second of all, Tanto is overpowered.

Progress locked for f2p

If you don’t spend money on this game you can’t win because of the humans or bots having hero’s that you need to pay for and I don’t know if this is a bug but every time I get a mythic it’s always witch nothing else it’s getting boring having to wait everyday to get those free rewards and always get witch and it costs so much to upgrade them
