They charge based on 10 minute increments which doesn’t make sense when you have a rider thats 10.5 minutes you’ll be getting charged 20 minutes. would be better if it was charged per minute after the initial 10min. And make it part of the commuter pass. Also lots of scooters not able to scan. Lots of people are just using it for pleasure riding or instagram pics too.

Scammers
Ended ride at 39 minutes. They have you fill out random information when the ride has ended, to waste more of your time. They scammed me another 10 minutes. They then ban me after I complained so I lost my remaining balance with no refund. Complete scammers. Don’t trust this company.

Add payment method don’t work use my debit card from UK HSBC it is not working what a disappointment I don’t understand why they don’t accept Apple Pay how stupid is that instead accepts Gcash only available to the Filipino people
Unable to complete Sign Up
Entered wrong country code +1 instead of +63 with my Globe number. Cannot finish the verification code and it does not give me a way to correct country code. Hopefully Moovr staff will see this and reach out to me.
No GCash, credit card doesn’t work
The app is buggy and doesn’t support neither form of payment. Tried every possible way us card, ph card - no payments go through. GCash is not supported
