  • Budget airline with a lot of hidden charges

    Unfortunately, theres no strict laws that covers airlines passengers in the philippines. So most airlines companies in the philippines charge a lot of extra things, dont be fooled with “ piso fare “ next thing you know its 5k php , but since theres no really big competition they cant charge more, even other airlines do the same.
  • In-app check-in, boarding pass, Apple Wallet

    Checking in still requires to be redirected to the legacy portal, which isn’t in-app and requires me to log in again. No single sign on (SSO) implemented. Also I can’t view my boarding passes in the app. So the “Boarding Pass” tab under “Bookings & Boarding Pass” is pretty much USELESS. Also, no Apple Wallet integration.
  • Ok enough to be an app 🤦‍♂️

    App runs well enough to be an app but that’s about it.
    Boarding passes have never worked or at least for the last year and a month have not worked.
    Times of delays are not posted or shown until way after the event has occurred.
    Delays of Cebu flights by Cebu Flights are your fault and the staff will tell you condescendingly when they leave you stranded.
    You’ll be updated about your flight being delayed or boarding occurring 3-4 hours after it has occurred, this has happened for all flights I’ve ever had with Cebu.
    You can request refunds and show screenshots of everything but they’ll pretend they don’t understand or use a whataboutism to change the direction of the discussion.
    In short book anyone but Cebu because their app works about as bad as their overall customer service and poorly maintained fleet of jets.
