This is the worst company in the business.

Philippines supposed to be the “Christian” country, this company is full of lazy liars and thieves. The pricing of tickets and luggage is designed for you to fail and if you need customer service they put you in a queue of 1000 people to talk to one live service agent. My flight was 3 hours out and I was still in queue to resolve a baggage issue that they made by the time I was on the flight. I will never use this garbage airline again. They should be banned from the industry. I’m worried to even board their garbage airplane in fear of my life because of every other scam and corner they cut, I would t doubt if they don’t pay the mechanics enough to do a decent job. This is actually the worst airline I’ve ever encountered and I’ve been to over 75 countries.

Garbage

I tried to check in like forever times and ended up stucked. Very frustrating. It will send you email to check in now but goes nowhere. Its a uaeless app.

Flights booked

I have logged into my account to view my upcoming flights to no avail , all my bookings are gon from the app . I tried to re add all bookings and to no surprise will it work , thank God I screen shot all my bookings and save all emails . This app sucks , problems all the time . I even added flex to my trips so I could change my flight details , but how can you when it don’t show your flight . Cebu airlines has showed me now and in the past that it is not a good airline to fly domestic or international for foreigners. I would think twice about booking Cebu airlines

Truly terrible app

I’m speechless. I can’t log in if I’m logged into my computer, or even have a separate tab open. It won’t let me set a password so I have to log into with email. The app is confusing and glitchy. The account section has been under construction for months. It tried to double charge me for baggage with sneaky hidden fees. The website is even worse. Every experience I’ve ever had with Cebu Pacific has been a headache (delayed flights, unprofessional staff, etc.) and this app is just the cherry on top.

This App sucks.

What a useless App. Tried to check in online but my trip. Or any of my past trips were available. Tried to check in as a guest as it give you that option, but that too does not work.
May I suggest that you go through a very detailed User Acceptance Testing and get it cleaned up. Or better yet, hire a reputable firm to design and developed the app for you.
As it stands now, your App is a complete waste of time, not to mention frustrating. Unless you are looking for all this negative exposure.

Mobile app not working in the UK!!

Very poor considering their company status. Can't even look at flights and the app crashes!!

Basic

This app is the bare bones of what you’d expect from an airline app. No ability to check in for international flights - needed to go to the desk on both occasions. Would not even generate a digital boarding pass until this was done.

Could not select seats either using the app.

Crashed occasionally.

Recommend sticking to more established airlines (ie Air Asia, Air Philippines) if budget permits.

Doesn’t work

App simply won’t even open. Very frustrating as I’m trying to check in online. Will only let me use the app which does not work

App won’t let you select a travel date

Worst app ever everytime I select a travel date it’s not working. I have to go through website inside.

Absolutely inexcusable

How can Cebu have such a frustratingly
slow and difficult to manage App when all the algorithms and work has been applied successfully by other airlines.. saving money I expect and they should be ashamed on themselves… still waiting my app to unfreeze … absolute disgrace

Alternatives to Cebu Pacific
