Hi Nissim, Thank you for riding at Snowbird and for trying out the app. We apologize for the tracking issues you experienced last season. The most common issue we've found is around the battery saver mode setting. We'd love to help you gain back those well earned stats next season. Notifications need some work

Hi Racespleen, Thanks for using the Snowbird app and for riding The Bird! We appreciate the feedback and we're constantly working to improve how we send timely notifications and we definitely don't want to inundate you with unnecessary notifications. Currently we send lift opening/closure messages to app users who has opened the Snowbird app within the last week. We are looking at some potential features to give more customization around app notifications. Keep your eye's peeled for future updates!
