I’m a marriage and family therapist and one of my adult clients told me about this app. I checked it out for myself and even told my personal therapist about it. It’s great all around. Covers the CBT basics in a way, and is very modern, sleek and super easy to use. Only part i would change would be to make the “reset timer” button more accessible for ease of use.Show lessbpetersxn

This is a great app, i use to use Quit That! but it won’t work on my new phone here anymore.
i just wish i could add at least one more item to my list of things to quit, without having to pay premium. but that’s okay, but that’s why i’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. and the fact that you can’t change the colour of the icon things unless you have premium or get affirmations also makes it 4, otherwise - i love it. very well set up.Show lessAverylynn

Mostly helpful except for…
I had this app on my android device and recently switched to an iPhone & the major flaw this app has now is the inability to use the privacy lock for free. One has to become a premium member to lock the app for privacy?!? I can understand the more premium features but a pin/password should not be something one needs to pay for. Currently looking for a replacement app which is sad considering I’ve used this app for years.** Update** I found another great app that respects my privacy. Check out Nomo. I love it
This app help me out a lot with my addiction unfortunately I relapsed and had withdraws and had to start over but this app help me get thru many days and weeks almost a year I recommend anybody who is trying to quit addiction use this app it’s very helpfulROSSGANG GAMING
Ok but not great
Only allows for two things to be tracked in the free version. Other free alternatives allow for many to be tracked. Has advertisements.Jack The Troll

Can’t get Premium
I purchased the Premium version but can’t get it to load, no matter what I try. I have reached out to the developer, but no one has contacted me. I can’t use or rate the app until I get some help.Hoping to get this fixed

The layout is so sleek and easy to navigate. I love this app it has helped me a lot after monitoring my progress. That alone is a motivation for me.okaythenihearyou
