The app formerly known as Precision Outcomes will now be known as LifeOmic. With this interactive mobile app, you can receive care plans, personalized notifications, task checklists, automated AI messaging, educational content, surveys, medical device and wearable integrations (including Apple Health) and behavioral tracking. All data acquired from the app is stored in the LifeOmic platform.
