Was playing around with this app, wanted to download a few things, it asked me to order the subscription- I looked at the price, it said free trial, and then £0.62 per week after it. I clicked to get it, and before i even realised, it had charged me a full annual price of £35 with no free trial!! Ridiculous and such a waste of money! And to top it off i later figured out how to do the shortcuts myself through the shortcuts app- several features on here don’t even work (namely searching for apps in the app store or on your phone) and there is no search option to look up specific themes. The App is good and it does work but there is a lot of ads but I personally think its worth it since you get to have your icons changed to a certain theme you want, I have some suggestions for this app, there should be more categories and definitely a search option, since people have to look and look for a certain icon/wallpaper they want, I scrolled a LOT to find a Sanrio Style/Icon/wallpaper, But this app is definitely good and it totally works, And I will keep using it when i want to change my Things.Show lessStarted out amazing
Loved it in the beginning. But now when you try to customize or request an app symbol, there’s a polio that says “data can’t be read because it is missing”. For example, I use the Weather. Channel app instead of the Apple Weather app, and you used to be able to choose which app opens within the brass app, but now the pop up says no data every time. Even native apps don’t come up to be selected. I’ve tried deleting the Brass app and reinstalling on multiple occasions. There is no support within the app because when you select the “contact us”, nothing happens and their website just directs to the App Store. No way to file a request or contact someone for customer service help. Defeats the purpose if I have to shortcut every single app manually vs choosing a different app within the Brass system. Expensive for the customization portion to not work at all, and to have zero customer service contact capabilities. Guess I’ll cancel my subscription and try a different app.Show less
