I set up the API however when the device stops at a location it does not show the address of said location. It allows me to track the asset in real time, which is great however once it stops and I press the icon nothing happens. I need to jump to the site to see the exact address. Kind of defeats the purpose. For private detectives this is a big deal.Show lessAmerican Cop

Just got the app for 3.99 and it doesn’t track anything but me on the map. Got to the list and there’s no information about the device. Refund please!!!!! I’ll stick to websiteMaddcamp

It sounds like you may not have configured the app with your Trak 4 devices properly. There are very clear instructions on the “Setup” tab— just tap “Find my API key”. What’s the point of the app? The only thing “settings” page allows you to do is set the API code. No way to make a fence around your tracker for movement alerts. I’d say zero stars if I could.JA3530

I find the website works better. It is difficult to get the app to update so I’m always switching between the website and the app to be sure the gos has updated daily.fsjtttissj4822
Makes tracking my cars so easy 🎉
I use the Trak 4 devices for all of my restaurant’s delivery cars to make sure everything is on time. I used to use the website, but this app makes it SO much easier.
No bugs— it works perfectly. So happy!

SO much easier than using the Trak 4 website. This app seriously makes everything so much more seamless and intuitive.
I have a few trackers on different vehicles, and the app lets me see everything at once quickly. I had one issue earlier and the development company emailed back immediately and resolved it.
