When I first downloaded the app a problem existed with the API key Trak-4 granted me (version 2). After emailing the team they got back to me and helped debug the problem. They ended up pushing a new version with a fix quickly and it fixed my issue. As someone who works in software, I appreciate and respect this level of customer service.
This app and the team that backs it is well worth the price of this app.

Please email us if you’re running into issues, we’re happy to help here. Refresh occurs when you tap the refresh button, and reflects the last time the tracker sent the location back.Could use a lot more!

App doesn’t refresh automaticity and gets out of sync frequently. It is a very basic app...but I honestly I expected more.Zerocool2008
