Our goal is to bring our fun and engaging community, based in southeast Michigan, right to your home through our virtual workout experiences. Whether you have a home gym, a few bands and dumbbells, or just your own body and some living room space, we have workouts and trainers ready to help you exercise safely and effectively. We launched our virtual workouts on Facebook and YouTube in March of 2020, before launching the AFS-TV platform in October of the same year. While we've come a long way with our virtual content, we are still learning and growing. We are excited to learn and grow with you. While we know there are a lot of virtual exercise options out there, we hope that you will consider supporting our small fitness family as we continue our mission to serve and empower others through fitness. To access all features and content you can subscribe to AFS TV on a monthly basis with an auto-renewing subscription right inside the app.* Pricing can vary by region and will be confirmed before purchase in the app. In app subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their cycle. * All payments will be paid through your iTunes Account and may be managed under Account Settings after the initial payment.
