Join waitlist- a joke!
Won’t let you join the wait list because it thinks there’s no wait- till you get there and discover there’s a 35+ minute wait (for 2 people, not a big group). I also signed up for the club thing because of the free app promo. Got a welcome to the club, but an hour later now and no promised coupon. Don’t sign up on your way to a restaurant apparently.

I love yard house but I hate the ordering app! You can make no modifications or change dressings nothing. This is literally archaic in the sense of ordering in this modern age. Please someone do something. What if you had a food allergy!? You are just stuck with going in person or waiting on hold for someone to take your order which I literally have to hang up every time after being left on hold forever

Hip hop house
We used to love coming here to Yard House and now they had hip-hop music on instead of classic rock. That was a big drawing card. This music does not make my dinner enjoyable nor does it my families so this will be the last time here. Food was not as good last time it has gone downhill as well but we thought we’d try it again.

Doesn’t Work!
This app doesn’t work. The last several times I tried to do a pick up order on it I got error messages. Have to call the restaurant every time to place my order instead. Fix the app!!!

Problems using it first time
I just started using the app and had a few issues so I wasn’t able to get my order to go through.After adding a few items to my cart when I went to submit the order the app suddenly said that the items I wanted to order are suddenly not available. Then when I removed them and replaced them with new items it basically said the same thing which was very odd. Then it said they were closed and it was only 8pm but they were really open. Additionally I even tried ordering again on my iPad and I also had issues there as well. So overall not a good experience for the first time.

It’s about time!
They really should advertise the app a lot more. I was surprised that they didn’t have it after all these years, but I am glad they finally released it a few months ago (probably took the pandemic to force the issue, but at least it’s a positive outcome as a result). The app compliments a very popular place and now people finally have a very convenient ordering option! Good job!
