I bought the software only to find it didn’t work, and so I left a review saying as much. They replied to said review with a snide comment.
Apparently after I had payed them for a product that didn’t work, it was my responsibility to debug their software (for free) then email them to explain what was wrong with their product. Again, MY time for free AFTER paying them $50.
Here: You have 4 widgets, 3 of which work with one service each. The 4th, which handles every other service, is broken. I get boxes no matter which service I select (I added several, including Facebook and Twitter, in addition to Twitch), but only got a black widget with dark grey rectangles in it.
This happens on an iPhone 15 Plus, an iPhone 12 Mini. Both with the latest version of iOS.
That said, I’ve applied for a refund already. I can say THIS quite honestly: I bought my very first app in 2008, on the iPhone 3G, after the iOS AppStore first started selling apps. I’ve literally purchased hundreds since then. This marks the ONLY App to date for which I have EVER applied for a refund.
