The app continues to allows orders to be placed on items not in stock. I’ve placed at least 5 orders that required a phone call from the store in order to resolve their inventory issues.Shottonn

Misleading messages
The app continues to display a message stating the store is closed on every order I place even though the store is clearly open.Far better than Drizly! 😄

The app signs you out after being signed in for a day or two. Probably an issue with the refresh token.
This is particularly annoying since you need the QR code to shop in storeFar better than Drizly! 😄
With Drizly, there were great choices due to using all available retail liquor stores. That ‘seemed’ awesome’ at first, but not really. It was so inconsistent and got increasingly worse to point I couldn’t keep track of who was delivering what products. Plus, one store absolutely refused to deliver to my door! I’m elderly and disabled so they would just tell me that I was refusing delivery because I was unable to pick up my order in front of my building! I was SO glad when DOWTOWN SPIRITS started their app! 😄 The delivery people are all friendly, remember me and are exactly like the actual Downtown Spirits retail staff are: helpful, nice, and a pleasure to do business with.
