Bad app. 1/3 of the world is technology incompetent.
After long term use of this app i have begun to dislike it more and more. From both an employee side and a customer side. The app is confusing to most people and many people have given up downloading coupons. Company makes things right to a degree but not all the time. Then it’s a battle being told to honor one thing but then write people up for it. The keyboard is slower than slow and most apps do not have a typing problem. Coupons are difficult to find and do not always work. Customers throw tantrums over little details and i have seen people cry over this app not working. I no longer download coupons nor will waist my time on them. The 5 ct limit is frustrating and actually limits sales. If it were not for work i would not have this on my phone. Sorry but i have begun to spend my kroger paycheck at competitors. Kroger has discontinued popular items i use to buy and lock up others. This discourages paying customers to go else where. I use to do big orders but now get produce here and meat and everything else some where else. Prices have steadily increased and shrinkflation has gotten badShow lessRaneeC555

I tried setting up the app on my phone and found it very time consuming for basic activation with multiple authentications required, then had to do the same thing to access the Qfc pharmacy. Now when I try to open it, it does not recognize iOS face recognition nor does it save the PW even after checking the “stay logged in box” so I have to re—enter my UID and PW each time. If I log into the base Qfc app and want to see if a prescription is ready, it makes me log in again (is prescriptions a different app?). Somewhat confusing. Note that most all of my apps on my phone do not behave this way (allow me to save PW in Apple locker and/or enable face authentication).Show lessM Rob

Since my last review the app has become nearly unusable. It is slow, slow, freeze. If you’re going to bloat the app to gargantuan proportions at least have it run. I keep having to exit out of it and restart it or my phone. Just a really crappy experience that is (guaranteed) costing Kroger customers.

The reason to use these apps is the savings and for grocery pickup. So the former works better than fine. I never have a problem with picking up anything. It’s also great for checking the stock of my local Kroger-owned stores. All apps that check in-stock status have my eternal gratitude. The problem is the savings and coupons. It’s discombobulated like whoa. There’s no order or cohesion regarding how to clip coupons, plus get savings, plus see what’s on sale. Even the access points to these areas of the app will look different at different points throughout the app. It should be uniform, like Safeway’s. Chaos can reign supreme but the fundamentals of the app should be set predominantly within sight and remain there unchanged as one traverses the app.Show lessReadingDecibels
