Coupons are a joke
I use this app primarily for the coupons because what choice do I have? But the coupon section is a complete joke. None of the sorting or filtering options do anything. The coupons are always in a random order, and always including categories I specifically deselected. I want to sort my clipped coupons by expiration date, but when I select that, it makes no difference; the dates are all over the place. When I browse the coupons, I want them sorted by newest. Nope, not possible. I’m not interested in things like makeup and body wash at the grocery store, but even only selecting the food categories, I still have to scroll through dozens of coupons for makeup. How hard is it to program sort and filter options correctly?? That kind of thing has been around for DECADES. Yet not only can they not fix it in this app, it just keeps getting worse! I used to be able to add my items to a shopping list that showed each aisle the items were in. They’ve removed the shortcut and made it officially the “cart” tab. This only lets you see items that are for “Pick-Up,” “Delivery,” or “Ship.” This would’ve been useful during COVID times, but come on. Everyone does their own shopping for the most part.
Now there’s a tiny little option on the right hand corner to “Save to my list” and the only time I can access the shopping list is when I click that button. The “View List” option appears, but it’s annoying that it doesn’t have its own tab. Literally who cares about adding anything to the cart? It’s not helpful. The shopping list feature was the best part but now it’s hidden within the options. So freaken annoying.

You guys have improved since 2020 let me just start off with that. I am very pleased to know that you do delivery straight through the mobile app instead of another Ralphs app which is fantastic. My guess is... it only gets better from here! So if you continue to be great you will be the #1 app and that means "wow" Great job for the IT department, great work!
