To address your concern about product details, such as ingredients and nutrition information: these can be found by scrolling down to the "Product Information" and "Nutrition Information" sections on each product page. Additionally, the images in those sections can be enlarged by using pinch-to-zoom for easier reading. Don’t use their online/app order.
When 99 Ranches messed up the order, I couldn’t do a store walk in to return or exchange.
Called the customer services, they gave a really bad attitude and unclear instruction or how to apply for return or exchange.
The customers need to file a return application in the app and wait for them to process the application, but it takes 99 more than a week to process the application.
Tried to call, but it’s very hard to reach the online order customer services department.
Tried to email, and they aren’t responding at all.
Save you some trouble, just shop in store.
