You don’t want to order online/ via app.
When 99 Ranches messed up the order, I couldn’t do a store walk in to return or exchange.
Called the customer services, they gave a really bad attitude and unclear instruction or how to apply for return or exchange.
The customers need to file a return application in the app and wait for them to process the application, but it takes 99 more than a week to process the application.
Tried to call, but it’s very hard to reach the online order customer services department.
Tried to email, and they aren’t responding at all.

today i go to ranch to buy something they have options if you register to the app you have $20 off when your purchase $35. i sign in the app and got it but when i ask they said just onl !! so why they give the coupon but can’t using at store. then im say ok they tell them you scan my membership ID but the cashier keep say onl not in store , and i ask customers server and he say the scan just have for some location , location on La. im stay on SJ . why you have the app but you can’t using? how you can keep the point?Show lessKAYLADANG
Cannot login using phone number
It's been many weeks I still can't login to my account using my phone number that I had been using for years. I also cannot access my account. This happened several years back during an upgrade but was retrieved after a support email. However this time, none of my support email or text reached a human, and not even a response. Even phone call is not reachable.
The phone number is a google phone subscribed and used for years, and not taking it with the reasoning of stricter security is a bogus excuse.Show lessexop
