Watch your account! Hackers stole 6000 pts from account
We’ve been saving rewards points for several years to redeem for special occasion, but 6000 pts suddenly disappeared. We noticed it today after a shopping trip that our rewards points listed on the receipt had significantly dwindled. You need your ID to redeem points at the stores, but hackers apparently can circumvent this online through the app due to some lapse in security.
Be careful out there, this app is a security risk.
Response from developer
Dear customer, We take both your security and your satisfaction very seriously and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation. First, we want to assure you that our app and rewards system are designed with robust security measures to protect your account and points. As part of our updated policy, reward points now have an expiration date of 365 days upon accrued. Unfortunately, this change may have caused some points to expire recently. To support our valued customers during this transition, we are offering a grace period for compensation. You are welcome to visit any of our stores before January 20, 2025, and we will gladly assist you in addressing the issue and compensating for the expired points. Please bring your rewards account details for a smoother process. We appreciate your understanding and value your loyalty. If you have further questions, feel free to contact our customer service team at 1-800-600-8292, Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Our team can assist you in binding your current phone number with your previously registered reward account.
