My weekly grocery delivered
I like using FreshGoGo because my local Asian grocery store has unreasonable high prices. Shopping in the store is also tiresome.
The seafood and frozen food selection are great. I found a lot of delicious food here.
I also buy a lot of Asian vegetables here. Sometimes I received bad items, usually vegetables, but the customer service was always very quick to refund me.
The delivery comes to our town once a week. It is enough for our needs. I am glad I get delivery in the countryside.
Usually all the ice bags are melted when the truck reaches our home. I guess the truck doesn’t have freezer? I don’t buy live seafood very often because I am worried they might be dead when they reaches me.Show lessLouaneZ

This could have been a good choice of grocery shopping, but there is obviously something that does not make sense.
For one, they often cancel your item due to lack of stock but never returns the tips to the driver proportionally; but they charge extra tips when you decide to add items into an existing order. Also, if you want to cancel an item in your existing order before it’s processed to ship, that’s not allowed except that you cancel the entire order; but you can add items to it. This basically takes away a huge benefit from the internet shopping experience.

Thanks for your review. Actually, we can't add items into placed order. Different orders has different cut off time, and this may have difficulty on preparing food products which maybe different with other online shopping experience. We do apologize for any lack of stock food items as we not fully run on inventory due to some type of foods and especially restaurant food orders. I ordered some bakery from their “direct buy” service, which can purchase from China bakery directly. With a high price, it was supposed to fast. I pleased the order on Nov 5th, and was expecting it would arrive before Thanksgiving. However, it didn’t arrive until Dec 6th. When I opened the box, all the food had expired. I contacted the FreshGoGo customer service and asked for a refund from the store. The answer was a big No. Thus, Be aware! They have very irresponsible stores on their platform!! Don’t use their “direct buy” service. It is a hoax!Show lessMillie Leigh
