Reliable and convenient
Just had a delivery from Pavilions’ driver, very polite. The app allows me to keep track of orders if I have to pop out and away from computer. I can quickly approve or deny any substitutions. Overall the app has been reliable.
Clipped Coupon Fail
First off, having to download 3 different apps for the Albertsons/Vons/Pavillions family of stores when pricing is all the same is Obnoxious. After downloading this app and logging in. I clipped 2 deals/coupons. Neither were reflected at check-out. The cashier wouldn’t honor my “personalized deal” since it wasn’t showing on their app, so I guess they need more training. But then they spent more time trying to figure out why the other items pricing wasn’t showing on the checkout rather than just adjusting the price. After waiting and waiting I gave up and left.

Good idea, very bad execution
The prices in the app don't always match with the prices at the store, app advertises cheaper regular prices for some products (not sure if that's even legal..). Nutritional info in the app is wrong for a lot of items (legal?). App has the weekly ad, but the stores don't honor the ads and just charge you regular prices in that week. If you use coupons, good luck, they're programmed so badly that nearly all products that qualify are completely mixed up. Like strawberries qualify for the Soda coupon, but Danon Yoghurts don't qulify for the Danone coupons etc. Even the staff at the stores are always confused about it and have to manually give store discounts since the coupon are programmed so badly. Oh and then we have the fake in-store coupon signs, they advertise a cheap price prominently next to the real price with a note that you have to scan the price sticker to get the coupon discount. Bit 10 out of 10 times it's just a fake price and the coupon doesn't exist in their system.
This app is a great idea and all, but it's also one of the reason for why I went from going to Pavilions 4-5 times a week to just 1-2 a month, it's incredibly annoying and you'll always leave with the feeling of being scammed and lured with fake deals and fake app ads and coupons. They sadly do not care about any feedback at all so it probably wont get fixed anytime soon..
