Pharmacy section is useless!
When Tom Thumb had its standalone pharmacy app it worked perfectly. For years! Now, since it’s been incorporated into the grocery app it has become useless. I order refills for me and my wife and they don’t get ordered. Active prescriptions are inexplicably archived and sometimes just disappear from the lists. The most annoying thing is the rest of the app works pretty much perfectly, much like the standalone pharmacy app worked in the past before this stupid merge.
Either get a team to fix this ridiculousness or bring back the standalone app! What’s the point of having the app if I end up having to call the pharmacy every time to straighten things out? If the plan was to make things easier or ‘improve the customer experience’ then you have FAILED. MISERABLY!
