Thanks for using the Randalls app! We’ve made some improvements so it’s even easier for you to plan, shop and save.
I used to use both the app and the desktop site to save coupons, however, sometime in 2024 only the app would function. Working with Randall’s tech support was useless as they closed my ticket with no resolution. Customer service mentioned this is a known issue due to the Safeway acquisition and back end technology upgrades. If you are going to force me to use your app for coupons, make sure your entire tech stack works seamlessly. I started shopping at a different store brand entirely.
