Doesn’t work with tint on iOS 18
Great app but having a paid subscription I expect frequent updates to ensure the app works with new iOS features, such as the new tint feature. When using tint the widget simply becomes a white rectangle and it doesn’t work. Disappointing.PawelPow

I pay for this app and when I open it I get a banner that I can’t dismiss advertising their other app. You have to click the button which opens the App Store to their other gaming app then go back to countdown to use it. Really frustrating to force this on your users. Please stop this from happening.Show lessazatunes

Widget stopped responding. Removed widget and tried to install again but Countdown app not in list of widgets. Tried delete and reinstall now lost all countdowns I had and cannot get them back. Giving this rating as I cannot find anywhere to report the issue to you and I hope you read this.

It’s not a bad app. I finally paid for it after using it for a year. It was on sale for $9.99 lifetime. I went to add some widgets and the app doesn’t show up in the widgets list at all. I’ve tried uninstalling it multiple times and restarting my iPad and it make no difference. It is completely useless to me if I can’t even add widgets. I want a refund and need to see what Apple’s policy is on that.
I just checked and it was the latest update that broke the widgets. I have two iPads in my family that use this utility and as soon as I updated, the widgets disappeared. How can an update make it so widgets can’t be used? Either that or it was a bug having to do with the full version. Either way, ridiculous. And even after I paid, I noticed that there are still ads in the product.

The widget problem was caused by an iOS 17 bug, but we've now fixed it, and everything should work properly again. After today’s update my widget on both my home and lock screen have stopped working and even after deleting and redownloading the app (and losing all the events I created countdowns for) I still can’t add widgets. Literally paid for the subscription just a few days ago only for this to happen, don’t buy this terrible app and please opt for another one instead 👍Show lessRkd1010
