It teaches the direct and causal link between stress and anxiety, and the way humans breathe, and includes a plan to reset your breathing patterns. The features include: • A series of 12 learning modules, including videos, quizzes, and exercises • A series of short audio BreathePods • Personalised breathe training • A 60second monitored breathing exercise • The 7-Day Take a Breath Challenge that measures health improvements The way you breathe directly impacts your physical and mental health. When you breathe well, you will be well. When you breathe poorly, your body becomes stressed, anxious and unwell. Take a Breath teaches you the science, and then provides a training mechanism that helps you reset your breathing patterns and breathe well again. The Take a Breath App has been created in conjunction with physicians and scientists from Berkeley, Stanford and Auckland universities. Take a Breath is your personal support guide that ensures you breathe well, everyday, while you work.
