Non functional on iPhone 8 with iOS 16

Unfortunately, the only way to connect to the printer is via the phone app which doesn’t work on any device so I had to return it.

Won’t log me in app

Updated after for some strange reason app logged me out. Now the app will not let me log in and can not print or adjust printer setting since I’m logged out. This needs to be fixed as I use this printer everyday for work and is required. Very very frustrating and makes no sense to why this is happening

Really disappointed

I haven’t been able to open this app for a couple of days now meaning I haven’t been able to print any shopping labels. At a busy time like this I need to be able to use this app, unfortunately ZSB does not have any other way to print the labels unless using the mobile app. Really disappointed.

Painful

The inability to do the simplest thing - namely RESIZE the crop box when printing from PDF makes using this app, and by extension the ZSB series printer, a ridiculously long-winded nightmare. I am horrified that this basic and essential feature still isn't part of the software package. This awfully deficient software ruins the experience of using the very decent ZSB hardware. Please, oh please, fix it.

Avoid

Please please avoid buying this printer and app. Truly awful, had to constantly setup the network connection. It feels like trying to use Wi-Fi products 25 years ago !

Easy to use

I have no problem using this app to create labels with easy to use templates. Even lets you print via the cloud to your printer from anywhere. Simple, easy and it just works.

Trash printer & app

Nothing works, can’t even login to app. Printer & app are absolute trash.

The printer may be great

Registration never succeed

After moving to a new city, I need to set up my printer from the very beginning step. However, after strictly follow the setup guidelines, it always failed at the last step: registering your printer. And the error message keep saying that: platform exception.
Very disappointed and wasted 3 hours to try to set it up.

Atrocious. Shockingly bad.

Can’t crop/scale without a desktop. Labels are sneakily DRM’d so you can’t use your own. ZSB could’ve been something amazing from Zebra, but they got selfish and it’s a predatory failure. Huge ripoff, don’t bother.
