Buffering issues
When I log in to make a payment (using face recognition) I come to a message saying there is a problem. It then buffers. I cannot make a payment using this app. It worked only once before. Very frustrating to say the least.

This app is so helpful I don’t know why I waited so long to download it.

App is so slow to load, It is just as bad as waiting for someone to answer your call at the office!! Get it together, Rhode Island DHS!
Bill payments aren’t going through!!!
This app is very good for paying your bill but lately my bills have been late because for some reason the payment isn’t going through. The app tells you that “your payment is being processed” but you never get notified that the actual payment went though or was successful - this needs to be corrected because people are too busy to remember to check and can’t afford to lose their health coverage especially if they forget to check their email and there is an email saying that your payment is late. PLEASE FIX THIS!

Needs work
The app is very slow at loading, only a few menus work on the app. Please fix this to make it more convenient. Also Id like to add that it would make it more convenient if you could upload information, documents & be able to fill out paper work over the app.
Easy to use
This app stream lines all of your dhs needs. 100xs easier than using the HealthyRhode website for uploading documents as well as just checking your EBT updates and balance.
