Ridiculous not user friendly
Can’t access account. Password updating does not work.
This thing is terrible.
It only lets you register in Spanish and even then it says something is wrong when it’s not. Fix this thing or get a professional to fix it!

Uploading documents
This app made it so much easier for me to upload what was needed, and it went thru immediately! It clearly lets you know whether you’ve been successful or not, which is a great feature!
