For Face Tracking a True Depth Camera or Neural A12 Engine like iPhone X, SE, XS XSMax, XR, iPhone 11,12,13, Pro, iPad Pro (11-inch), iPad Pro (12.9-inch, 3rd generation) is required (as mentioned in description of the app). I'm very sorry that your phone is not supported for Face Tracking by Apple's Face Tracking API. It's really annoying that Apple does not provide a way to exclude phones that do not support face tracking. You can contact either Apple for a refund or I can give you a free bonus code so you can install this app on another iOS device. Please contact me at feedback.thx@gmail.com. Thank you!Update needed
The only reason I ain’t give this app 5 stars is cause I wish the spider moved automatically with out touching the screenSlick like a can of oil

What a waste of money the spider doesn’t move and after you’ve paid for it you don’t even the the whole thing you’re prompted to buy a load of other crappy spiders I thought the spider would crawl around but nothing 🙄Jyu5150

All features are available and included now for free! 😉🕷️A spider is controlled by touching the screen and it will run to a new position OR it can move automatically over your face. Thanks for your feedback. We have made an update: Now you can skip the collection of analytics data. If you already have installed the app, delete it and re-install it again. Then you can skip accepting the collection of analytics data via pressing (X) in the upper right corner. By the way: We are only collecting non personalised information about the use of the app and diagnostics data. This is a widespread way to improve an app and its content. Feedback always helps us to improve this app. We would be very happy if you could give us another chance 🙏😉Best
