You'll start ON video to say hello and share your intentions for the hour, then, 50 minutes OFF video to focus...and, finally, back ON video to share how it went. Kick off your morning in a Groove or jump in mid-day to kick that afternoon slump. Helping you build meaningful relationships is our jam. You'll bump into the same Groovers again and again!
