Terrible customer service
Had an issue with one of my tickets and needed help retrieving it, granted it was my fault but to think that this is an ongoing issue and I’ve been waiting 10 days for a solution, even asking for alternatives is ridiculous. I’ve had to ask the person who was “helping” me twice if there was an update to the situation and both times they’ve seen the response and simply choose to ignore my message. Even when they did respond to my initial question the response was horrifically passive aggressive. I understand that they have other matters to attend to but taking 10 days to resolve an issue is absurd and the behaviour displayed by the staff member is unprofessional. Not to mention this app in general does not make sense and to me feels quite unnecessary.

Terrible and with bugs
Before asking people to use this - I recommend this is fully tested . It asks me to verify my ID in order to view my ticket - but upon clicking ‘upload document’ it goes to a blank page that never loads . Terrible .
Can’t activate my tickets
Followed all the instructions but I can’t activate my tickets which is time sensitive!

There is no way to scan any QR codes or upload ticket ID's it's very confusing and frustrating. Have emailed for support.

Has worked almost perfectly so far - uploading a photo of my passport to verify my identity wouldn’t work, but it accepted my driving licence no problem.
Support accurately answered my query about booking for La Ciutat, and the booking process itself was flawless.

Using credit?
It seems next to impossible to use the credit. Will the update fix this and preserve access?
The worst ticketing system I’ve ever used.
Missing tickets, inability to upload passports as Identification. It needs a total rethink. Please, if you run a festival or event do not sign up to use this system.
A complete scam!
App doesn’t work and AccessTicket/Primavera have the worst customer support. Tickets purchased through Festicket, access ticket emails with links to ticket don’t work in the app and there’s no other way to transfer them over to my friends or validate my own ticket. Complete mess!
