Call stacking is now available! New calls can be sent to a specific driver by clicking the driver van on the map, then clicking their info box, OR entering the driver ID# directly in the call screen. Call details color scheme updated to show the following: Orange (waiting for a driver to accept), Purple (driver assigned, waiting to start trip), Dark Green (driver has started the trip), Green (driver has completed the trip), Red (the call has been canceled). Dispatchers can add their Organization Name in their profile to let drivers know who they are representing on the call. Drivers can access pickup and destination locations with their map of choice, and send the branded ETA tracking link with one touch.

    I can’t say enough good things about this APP. Makes life so much easier. I put the call in the app and within no time it’s accepted. I like that I can see the map and pick the driver that’s closest in proximity if I want to. The live ETA tracking link is awesome. The hospice nurses love it and so do the families. The DEATHCALL transport drivers are always dressed sharp in their black suits, white shirts, and white gloves. They are truly White Glove service! The techs do this for a living and you can tell. Always professional. Always gentle. I’ll never train someone to do removals again. These guys are bomb!
