JCF <3
I feel fortunate to have been introduced to Coach Daris and JCF. As a former college athlete, I’ve spent the last 15 years trying (and quickly getting bored or frustrated with) various workouts, diets, and wellness apps. Then, I found JCF. The workouts are challenging but scaleable and I appreciate the coaches’ commitment to proper form. They continue to support me as I learn lifts and movements that are either new to me or or where I am still working on my form. The app has been a great asset throughout the process. I appreciate the ability to access the movement videos directly in the workouts. Overall, the app is very user-friendly and intuitive. Communication with the coaches and other JFC members is easy.
