This app is great for anyone and everyone who is looking for a great at home workout! Ashley provides a wide variety of workouts catered to any skill & fitness level, but she excels by truly coaching ALL of her clients through this app. Her videos are comprehensive and answer any questions you may have about a move, and she provides ample modifications for any injuries or skill level. She keeps you motivated by checking in routinely, and offers a 4-week challenge multiple times a year to help give you the reboot you need! Ashley is a great trainer, the app is super easy to navigate. The new weekly works outs keep me motivated. The video demonstrations make it easy and safe to do the workouts. Tons of workout to choose from, can’t recommend this enough.djpaulone

Ashley & her programs have been such an incredible gift to my life. She is extremely knowledgeable, the BEST cheerleader and coach and her workouts are so fun! Her videos are easy to follow and definitely keep me coming back - we get new workouts every week which is amazing.
The challenges are seriously the best and her video library is a great resource.
She is so professional and sweet and you can really tell she cares about helping her clients.
