Completely disappointed in the fact that it has stopped working. Can’t even make the app find my watch to connect.

Please add the Persian language, so that we can see the notification in Persian.

I've had the RS4 Plus for about a year and you haven't added any new watch faces in that time, come on don't make this watch a dead product

find phone not working
The find phone doesn’t work always because when I close the app the watch has been disconnected but call and notifications are working please fix this problem thank you
Disappointed
Hugely disappointed as purchased the RS4 plus watch to add/upload custom watchfaces, but not possible, its RS4 model had the option.
2 years on since the watch launched still no such feature added to the watch/app.
Looks like the Haylou brand is no longer my favourite.

Sleep Data sync to Apple Health
it’s a shame that not all the data of this beautiful watch is being used and shared between third party apps, I need the ability to synchronize my sleep data with the apple Health app.
