Trying to reset my forgot password
I have tried several times to reset my password with no luck. I have checked trash, spam and no email has been sent for me to reset things..
Quite frustrating as I can’t log on without this . No customer support either!

Fantastic App
The app is very well designed and user friendly, literally makes locum life so easy. I just simply select where I want to work, I negotiate a rate, apply, confirm a shift, work on the day and the app generates an invoice. It’s as easy as that!
Great App
I was previously booking shifts with Vision Express through emails which was quite tedious. I can book shifts easily according to my availability and it also creates my invoices for me too.
Awful app
This app is the worst thing Vision express have done. The point want to make things easier when booking locum days. What it has done is made it harder, half the days don’t appear. Support Team try to fix it but come back with no solution. The whole thing is shambolic. Worst app, poor support team barely get back to you.

Brilliant Technology
Automation, sleek, rapid, convenient and simple to use for locum optometrists. An absolute game changer.
Works well but.....
Where is the reward for hard working locums who have built and continue to build good relations with the customers and the staff. This app takes away that loyalty and RESPONSIBILITY and offers it on a plate to anybody who regularly checks their phone at work rather than engaging in what they should be doing. And for the customers, they will suffer also having zero follow ups or continuity.

Not working as it should couldn’t log in & when I put passwords reset has not been done until now.
