Once you have the App and TRY to login tells you it’s wrong and it’s NOT
Cannot reset password
I registered for the app a while ago, forgotten my password and try to reset it, BUT GET NO EMAIL, even though it says one has been sent. There is no customer or IT support to help and therefore cannot book work. Rubbish app
This App is not for customers
Don’t waste time downloading the App and failing at the log in!

I fill in my details, then get to the choose industry part and manufacture or engineering not there cause I’m non of the others

Fails to login on iOS devices. A poorly designed login page which is difficult to read. Use the online webpage as that works as expected. A poor attempt by a company that should have higher standards.

Tried multiple times to login with the credentials I have on their website but it never worked

I downloaded the app (Feb 2023), gave my details as required to register; created a password to be told it was not recognised.
Clicker the ‘forgotten password’ link, (even though I hadn’t), to be told a re-set link would be sent to my email. No link arrived, after going through the process several times! Sort it out!

Shockingly bad app
One of the worst apps out there. Registering process is awful and continually having to reset passwords without any success.
