App doesn’t work at all
Every time I open the app, I get a white screen. I’ve tried deleting the app and re-installing it to no avail. Very frustrating because I can’t adjust the settings without the app. Droplette needs to get its act together with this app considering how much people pay for its products.Dee_Zoe
New Droplette - New App 🙌🏽
I just received the droplette 2 and reinstalled the new app. I am extremely impressed with the new features. I love the photo journey feature and the detailed the information about the different capsules. The Droplette has been a huge game changer in my skincare routine and I am 100% seeing results every month. I’m overall really happy with this product and service.shsancity

Capsules don’t register
Half the time the capsules don’t register when you’ve used them. I wish there was a way to edit the in app usage calendar to mark you've used a capsule and edit amount of times. Their own YouTube says to use a capsule on your hands and neck after your face but I am frustrated (when the app does actually register the capsule) that it marks it as separate uses. I’d like to have full editing capabilities on the in app calendar.rocksteady586
