The best

The only exercise program I come back to time and time again. You can and will stick to these amazing workouts! Marnie is brilliant and so is the M/BODY fam. Such a great mix of barre, Pilates, dance cardio, yoga….you’re left feeling strong and supple and happy.

One of the most transformative apps for women in fitness

I have been doing Marnie’s workouts for 7+ years now and this app is an awesome add. The app is easy to use, livestream classes from, download classes to take when travelling and her team is super responsive on fixing any bugs and making improvements for easy usership. Her workouts are equally impactful on the mind, body and soul with great end meditations and feel good reinforcements. Couldn’t do without it.

Exercise nourishing the body, mind, and spirit!

Marnie has cultivated a community and platform of beautiful supportive individuals where everyone is cheering eachother on. I definitely love having the support of others in my workout (mind/body/spirit) journey. I love that this practice incorporates yoga, dance, pilates, kickboxing, ballet, barre, stretching, with health and wellness conversations on the regular with 2 live online classes a week you can do from home or anywhere in addition to a catalog of classes to choose from to fit your schedule. I have made excellent friends (some I’ve met and some who I haven’t met) We all have eachother’s backs in this program! It’s a solid place to come to for anyone needing tools and encouragement to understanding how your body works and doing the best you can do for your body/mind/spirit!

She transforms your life!!!

I’ve never been so excited everyday to do workouts, but since I started this videos my life has changed!! I’ve had 4 abdominal surgeries and zero pelvic strength. I couldn’t do one crunch because it felt like my abdomen was going to splint. This workouts help me gained the strength, flexibility and stretch I needed. I’m only one month through the videos and I feel strong and confident. I loooove the meditations at the end. This has transformed my mental and physical health in a way I never thought possible. I would recommend for everyone!! She’s amazing and my idol!! I love her!!! Everyone deserves to live and experience her energy. ✨

AMAZING classes from home, but feels connected

This barre/pilates/cardio dance/positive mindset platform has over 350 classes accessible that you can do from home and safely follow along with Marnie Alton’s guiding words. She explains form as she goes, provides modifications, and approaches movement with joyful curiosity and playfulness, rather than judging or shaming. Two live-streamed classes are created (and quickly catalogued) most weeks. Classes are 20, 30, 45, and 60 minutes and offer a variety. Yet here we take up space rather than focus on getting smaller. The classes have closing stretches (stretches are also interlaced into class) and leave you feeling wonderful. Marnie and the community around the world support one another during and in between classes. You can choose to engage in chats during the Live classes and within the app’s community board, but even if you don’t want to connect with others I can confidently say these classes will make you feel connected to your body. These workouts can be done from home or while traveling (videos describe length, equipment needed, focus areas), and you can pause/rewind/fast forward class videos. Give this a try and experience the amazingness that is M/BODY by Marnie Alton!

The best workout app EVER

M/Body by Marnie Alton is hands down my favorite workout class of all time (and I do a lot of workouts and am also certified to teach barre… you can trust me ). You can’t really classify the gloriousness that is M/Body but think higher intensity Barre classes with the absolute best playlist you’ve ever heard!! All M/Body workouts contain sweat, stretch and sculpt elements along with some very easy to follow (and fun) cardio dance (high and low modifications offered). Classes range from 60-20 min and can be done with/without weights and while having a barre or waist high surface would be great, you can do them without. And let’s not forget - the queen herself Marnie Alton who is just straight magic. Her energy, compassion and joy is contagious and she makes every single person feel like her best friend. She has created amazing workouts and an ever better community in the M/Body Global Fam. Please try this app/workouts. I swear they will not only change your body but also your life!!

There’s a reason this app has 5 stars

This isn’t a workout. It’s a space to feel joyful, playful, beautiful, strong, and special. I struggled with workout anxiety, ED’s, and body image issues my whole life. I was always in a spiral of intense workouts, and feeling bad about myself when I didn’t get to the gym or an app. And every community I built seemed to reinforce that. Then I joined m/body during the pandemic, and my whole worldview switched. I am not usually a all-in kind of person (as evidence by my yo-yo’ing before!). I have been a part of this community now for 4 years. I feel so much more whole in myself from this community and Marnie. The workouts are fun, and fresh, and TOUGH, and did I say fun? And everyone on this platform is a ray of supportive light. The app includes a message board where we share updates and insights. And there is a new video (which goes live if you can attend) twice a week. I am strong, and graceful, and confident, and beautiful, and not because M/Body made me that way, but because they made me realize I already was and I didn’t need to push to be so, but just let myself be so. And dance while doing it! Love you guys!

Best mental and physical health app ever!!

After the first few months of Covid-19 lockdown, I was anxious, depressed, and gaining girth by the day. So I steeled myself, determined to come out of this time better than I went into it. I signed up for online Spanish lessons and signed up for Marnie’s workouts. At $40/month, I was grateful to be spending less than what I spent when going to barre classes in person. And around six months later, I’m working out for 30-60 minutes with Marnie 4-6 days a week. My mental health is the most stable it has been in years, and I feel great. I look great, too, but that’s a little beside the point (for me). Lots of people lead great workouts. Few have the warmth, grace, energy, depth of physiological knowledge, and ability to keep people energized as Marnie does. This, aside from my marriage and kid, is by far one of the best things I have ever done for myself. Thanks, me, and thanks Marnie and team!

MBody workouts w Marnie

This is my favorite workout to do at home and in the studio when Marnie is in town! There are so many videos of varying lengths to choose from to fit your schedule and what you need with live options too! Her energy and spirit are positive, engaging,and encouraging. It’s the perfect mix of dance, workout, stretch with sweet vibes woven throughout. The app makes it accessible to project on your smart tv and chime in for live and community chats to stay connected and motivated. I am so thankful for the M/BODY app for days when I don’t feel like driving to an exercise class. Great price and free trial offered.
