Reconsider before you purchase
Be warned, they have no return policy. I recently found out I’m pregnant and they have a whopping 3 prenatal workouts on their app. They refused to give me a refund for my year-long subscription but did agree to “freeze” the amount paid until I want to use it again.
Their customer service is awful. This has been the 2nd time I reached out- the first time was due to the app freezing and glitching constantly. The rep had me delete the app and when I went to redownload it, it was missing entirely from the Apple Store. It returned a few days later but they were not very apologetic about the situation.
Each time I’ve spoken to their team members I have constantly been brushed off, dismissed, and disregarded as a customer. They have not apologized for any difficulty I’ve experienced. Furthermore, when I was speaking to the rep about needing a pregnancy app they referred to me as “the pregnant” refusing to even acknowledge me as a woman. When I called this out, they never responded to my email and it’s been days.
I am extremely frustrated with this experience- I used the Sweat app for 2 years and never had a problem with them. If you’re looking for a workout app, please look elsewhere.

iPad app needs help
Landscape mode on an iPad constantly switches back to vertical and you have to flip it around and back for it to work again. It’s an obnoxious problem because you can’t see the video well enough in vertical/portrait mode but you have to stop your workout numerous times if you want to view it in landscape.
Also, the iPad version doesn’t show you which videos you’ve already watched so if you’re doing a series, you have to log in to the web version to figure out what video is next.
Awesome workouts, but the app needs a lot of help.

Love Physique 57- Love this new app
I love Physique 57, I’ve been doing it off and on for years!
I just got the P57 OD and love it, however what are the chances of other steaming platforms to be used I. The future????
I.e… like ROKU or LG streaming platform? That sure would make things a lot easier for those that are not all in on the apple product!
