Poor video quality and viewing are won’t expand like it’s supposed to. I contacted support several months ago and never heard back.

Love this pet camera! Took some time for us to get connected to our wifi cause we have dual band but once we figured that out we’ve never had an issue & this is so great to have when you’re out to make you feel less guilty about leaving your pup at home. Also, was super quick to get her to go to it for treats & she loves it. Would def recommend.

QR won’t scan
Cannot finish setup since the product camera won’t scan the QR code on phone
My cat loves it
I am out of town frequently, and this device is essential to keep an eye on my cat and give her treats every day I’m gone. It dispenses about 5-8 treats per feeding. The only issues I’ve seen with it are: sometimes it will dispense double treats (which my cat doesn’t mind!), and sometimes the video feed is laggy (but that is caused by my wifi connection). Even when the signal is poor I am usually still able to send a signal to dispense treats.

Difficult to connect device
When I first got the device I had to play around with some settings before it would officially connect but when it was connected I liked it. Good quality video for both day and night, the treats would dispense just fine, and I was able to connect from work.
But a few days ago the device would say “lost connection” and then would not pair with my phone at all. It has become super frustrating that I am unable to have this work due to the restrictions they have with the WiFi settings on there app (even tho the WiFi is working fine). Not simple to connect for anyone who is not advanced “tech savvy”.

Fails to download
A Disappointment
The app shows that the camera keeps going offline... and the only way to get it to work again is to unplug it and wait 5 mins. I can’t keep unplugging it and replugging it especially when I’m at work.
We need Amazon Alexa integration
