Poor Description of Works
Work came that I spent over $4,000. No answers to any of my emailed questions, no condition reports, and no description of the work. Work may be worth $50. Never again from this auction house.

I just received an invoice for a handgun purchased on a recent sale. Shipping was $150 approximately. Normal shipping rates on a handgun like that is $25-$40. Completely ridiculous on a $650 item. Very disappointed and I won’t be back.
Overcharged on UPS shipping
I had four small unframed drawings, all less than 18”, and was charged over $100.00 for shipping them from Chicago to Maryland. Besides charging far too much two of the drawings had bent corners!
So user friendly!
This app is so easy to use and allows me to follow along and bid in auctions with ease.
