Was 5 Stars till the app wouldn’t allow me to update info

I’ve been trying to update my info in the app, however, I keep getting a red error message saying “We’re unable to process your request, Please try again” and this has been going on for days. I noticed this app hasn’t had a full update in about 2 years! I think it’s time you updated the app and fix whatever is going on!

App no longer works

This app I started using when I used baby med for their implantation calender. It was always lacking certain things but I liked the info. I haven’t been able to access the app for some time now. Doesn’t look like an update is going to happen.

Updating review due to not working and lack of support

I reported I can no longer sign in and cannot access the app. Before I tried a fresh install it had just randomly stopped syncing and gave errors so I’m not sure what happened as I did not change anything on my end. I sent a support ticket email and reviewed here and so far after over a week no response or help. Deleting app permanently.

App No Longer Working

It’s been days since this tech issue has been going on. Can someone please fix the app ?

It’s no longer working

Its been great but its not working anymore it doesn’t update and when i uninstall and reinstall i cant sign it anymore it just gives same error that it is having trouble processing my request. Will it get fixed?

Predicted my period/ ovulation to the day for the last 7 months

Poor quality

This app doesn’t let you edit days, and assumes dates.

Last period start date

Overall I like the app but it doesn’t allow for you to log the correct Last period start date. Which is one of the most important features of the app. It logs current day. Please fix.

Hi there, We're sorry to hear about your difficulty. If you’d like to enter the start of your last period, you can adjust that date by clicking on Update in the top right corner of your calendar. This will take you to your cycle details which will show both the first day of your last period and your average cycle length. To make changes to either, click on Edit in the top right corner of this screen. You’ll then be able to enter the correct date as well as adjust your average cycle length. We are currently working on updating the calendar function so that the start of your last period automatically adjusts based on the logging of your menstrual bleeding. Please check back for Obie updates and thank you for your patience with manually adjusting the start of your periods in the meantime. Best, Obie

It’s a nice app but doesn’t have various editing features

I just went through a loop of trying to tell the app I don’t have a period right now.
I don’t like how the calendar just automatically assumes when your period should be and you can’t change it.
I pressed the “I don’t have one” at the bottom of the screen and it then when to a screen that said “last period” and “period length” again and still automatically updated to this month when I put last month. I’m deleting.

Form over Function

Beautiful UI but the scrolling functions wouldn’t even let me input my proper DOB or the first day of my last period (which completely negates the tracking functionality of this app). It kept reverting back to today’s date.
