Cant open an account
If i could give it zero I would. Tried to open an account but when i click to verify on the email it just takes me back to the page before. I was originally trying to do it in the dark with rubbish internet so i could charge my car, but even in the office it doesn’t work. Useless useless app. Avoid (if you can).Show lessflanjamib

Not a great UI
Ignoring that the chargers we tried to use were all offline except one, the app is confusing and the UI is bad. We added funds but the app refused to use them, so we ended up using Apple Pay instead. We then had £10 stuck in the app. Getting that back turned in to an epic battle as the UI is terrible and the withdrawal insists on using an IBAN. Even filling in all the details, it refused to complete the transaction. It turned out we needed to verify the account (they took our money and had not made us do that, which seems just wrong.) Once we had a verification it all worked but it was a terrible experience and I would not use them again.Show lessanna emson
Rubbish
Multiple attempts to set up and difficult to use. I cannot understand how such a poor app can be designed in todays market, with so many intuitive and well designed competitors.
I hate to say it, but the Tesla charging points and app are about as good as it gets for simplicity.SenseCommon01
Rip off that took 45 minutes to work
Had to pre pay £40, most chargers didn’t work, app took ages to work, eventually found one that did, took 12 hours to charge, cost around £10, no system for getting remaining £30 backDnilasor1
Yet another app taking up space on my phone.
Took over Rolec charger so had to download yet another annoying app. Added money to wallet but could not start a charge with less than £30 so payed by card now left with £10 in wallet which will never get used.EVBlasta

Easy to use… but tooo expensive to use to charge
Well had to try it…
To get 43 miles in to my Volvo Hybrid XC 60 cost me £13!!! Ok if a company pays for it but as I do it personally won’t be using this kind of charge point or others like it in future…
