Can’t recognize if you pay on computer
I paid for the subscription on my computer and the app won’t link with it.Amm117
Horrible app
I have the same issue as other users- I’m supposed to have access to the premium content but it will not play. They offered it free for a year if you completed a survey. When I click on the premium content it says I’m subscribed but it WILL NOT PLAY. I have deleted, reinstalled, etc etc etc and nothing changes. I have an iPhone 13. I contacted customer service and they were absolutely no help. So this company basically scammed me (and probably thousands of others) out of our time under false pretenses that we would get free premium app access for a year but they’re app does not work. I see other users have had this exact same issue- it’s dbmethod but they will try to make you think it’s your phone. I’m considering selling my dbmethod because their customer service is pure trash as well as their app.Show lessVisça_Barça10

When I bought the machine, they said all their workouts were available for free on YouTube, saying you could get a full body workout with this machine. Now you need to get this app and pay $10/month for the workouts, they are only making new content with all their wildly overpriced accessories, you can’t get a full workout without spending another few hundred dollars on accessories and subscriptions.Show lessMoosebouse
Great app! Wish reminder notifications worked
I pay for the apps additional features and I love it! Just wish there were notifications set to remind me to exercise at the same time every day like most apps do. I think they only notify you of updates and new classes.Emster726
Machine works great but stop there
The machine itself works great but don’t order anything from the site or company. The dream band is simply a piece of elastic you can order in bulk for a fractional cost. The dream mount will not work with items such as a pop socket. The mat is simply a yoga mat with corporate branding. The videos you can get online for zero cost. I am sorry but the advantage is minimal at best. Save your hard earned funds. If you can purchase the actual product second hand at a lower cost it’s worth the purchase.Show lessBigAl2196

I love this app so much, especially the programs. They’re so well designed - all I have to do is pick my goal and then follow the scheduled classes!av2618

Love how you can navigate the app with ease. My favorite feature is the variety of workout programs available that challenge you to consistency by assigning a different workout daily (with rest days sprinkled in) for a period of time ranging from 1 week to 5 weeks. Don’t subscribe
Apple should remove it from the App Store. You subscribe, but it doesn’t acknowledge the subscription so you cannot access any of the workouts. I have gone round and round with customer service, and apparently many others have well. I have wasted every payment I have made to them. Machine works, app doesn’t.
