So bad.
This app is absolutely terrible. I get so frustrated with it I end up making up my own workouts and god knows I’m not qualified to do that. It won’t load half the time and you can’t watch it on anything but your phone. My results won’t be as good because I have zero guidance. God speed.Reneemu04
Fix the app!
This app is terrible. I’ve never been able to access the premium content and it always tells me my subscription will renew rather than letting me access content. I’ve installed and uninstalled the app and also done the same for the subscription. It’s a shame too because it looks like the content could be good…Show less1313hellomynameis
App doesn’t work
This app is horrible! It closes on you seconds in. The machine appears to work, but trying the classes and this subscription is a total joke! I’m just using the machine on my own!MzHale
Continually crashes
Discontinuing membership because the app continually crashes when trying to start a workout. I have enough data, no other apps running, phone is up to date on software, and it still happens. Very disappointed!dnwhit

Bad App
I see they only respond to certain reviews! Nothing on the app worth downloading! Offer more free workouts, they are basically the same anyway!! Also how about the 30 day challenge. Love the machine- App not so much
You spend all the money on the machine and only get about 8 free workouts on the app. There should be way more than that before having to buy the monthly subscription. Or lower the subscription fee. Not happyJourney4Peace
Unusable app that doesn’t recognize subscriptions
I have subscribed and unsubscribed, deleted the app, re-subscribed, nothing works I cannot see any premium videos and it keeps asking me to subscribe when I am already subscribed. Apple Dave’s should have a look at the bugs here and remove this from the App Store until they have fixed the ability to login. There is a restore subscription button which does not work.
