Help!
Hi, I’ve really enjoyed using Kleo but I lost access (server unavailable) for a few weeks, and now the App is running again I am not able to access my previous learning or my paid for subscription - due to end at the end of April.
I’ve tried other ways to contact and request help but have heard nothing back. Hoping you’ll pick this up and offer advice.

Still can’t use completely
The app seems to be back up, but I still can’t get passed the free lessons, I finished 58% of the lessons before the app went down. when it didn’t come back up for a little while I canceled my membership to wait until everything was worked out but now that it’s back up, it will only allow me to do the free lessons and when I try to hit unlock everything it doesn’t do anything. When I try to hit restore, it says that it can’t find a subscription, please fix this so we can use the app. It would be nice to at least get a month free after what we’ve been through because I still had my payment come out and couldn’t use the app for at least 3 weeks before I finally canceled it. It’s a shame there’s been so many problems with it because it’s The best language app on the App Store by far. I will come back and fix my star rating once you people have fixed the app but for now I can only give one star because I can’t even use it.

Is the App down?
Love this app, but I’ve been unable to access it for about 2 days now… it keeps saying “Network Issue”. I am also unable to find any information on whether there is maintenance going on etc.
Genuinely Interactive
I love how the program gives immediate feedback and that the prompts and feedback are given as video. It really feels interactive but what makes it especially useful is the quality of the voice recognition; it picks up on the specific word that you mispronounce and gets it right most of the time. Other programs give a pass even if half the words are wrong.
However, the program stopped working yesterday and even the website is unreachable. I hope this is temporary.

Voice recognition is frustrating
I really like the concept of this app, but the voice recognition is so frustrating. There are so many times that I know that I’m saying a word correctly, but it won’t recognize it.
I started using a different app before trying this one out, so I had a head start on Spanish language studies. Through level 3, I know at least 75% of the words that they are teaching (but don’t mind the reinforcement), but with that there are plenty of words that I know how to say correctly and I get counted off for some of these words it doesn’t properly recognize. We’re talking about some really easy words too… like fácil… not a difficult word to say (pun intended), but the app won’t take my pronunciation.
I really like the concept of the app but I think there are some technical issues that need to be fixed. Those really frustrate me. The other issue is that the app seems like it will not take you very far should you want to achieve a higher level. My goal is to be at least a B2 level speaker, but from what I can estimate based on how much I have left to go, this may take me up to A2 level, but not go beyond it. I’m about 35% of the way through and it’s introduced 250 words. I know about 1,200 words from a different app and I’m not nearly finished with their A1 level.

Great App
Love this App. The only suggestion I’d make for the creators, would be to also add an area where I can learn numbers, time, colours, months and days of the week (perhaps in the vocabulary section). I’m only halfway, so to be fair, that may come in a later lesson. This is my favourite app for learning German!

Hands down one of the best out there!
I have tried several apps to learn español, and I still actively use three of them. I stumbled upon this on App Store. Initially, I was not sure what to expect. After using it for one day, I was hooked! It is very easy to use and I can see the thought process behind the learning method. Unlike Duolingo which tries very hard to be “random” and hide grammatical explanations behind examples, this app uses a combined method. At times, it explains the grammar directly, which in my opinion is necessary for a beginner. The progress is pretty quick and effortless, and the lesson sizes are perfect. The price is well worth it and reasonable compared to the other apps. Kudos to the developers. I believe this has a bright future in this crowded field of language apps.

Perfect
One of the only apps that focuses on speaking and pronunciation. Exactly what I was looking for. No of that choosing words to complete a question but you must respond verbally. I just started using the app and hopefully I can practice full conversation as well with the app as well.
Also, they give good explanations how to structure the sentences which gives you a better foundation when you begin to form your own sentences.

Wow
I was raised in Home with a Cuban grandmother and African-American grandfather, and in school. I was in English classes however, I understand Spanish, so this is great. It takes me back to my Cuban heritage and getting much better at communicating with Spanish-speaking people and I just understanding but being able to communicate in full blown conversation, thank you God bless you bendiciones. I think I’m a make a purchase on one of these deals sooner or later

The Best Support Team!
I was having a problem with the sound effects hurting my ears (don’t know why but lately my ears are sensitive).
I contacted support to see if they could have the option to have the sound turned off when I give the answers. They responded right away that they would see if they could do this. A short while later they told me that they were able to adjust it so we can turn the sound effects off.
