I am seeking a refund for a service that I have not been able to use. I was hopeful when I saw that the developer responded to my previous inquiries, but I felt disappointed to receive the same generic response that I had received in the past. It appears that my previous emails and the screenshots I provided were not acknowledged, which makes me feel unheard.
I would appreciate a more personalized response that addresses my specific issue. It seems like my concerns have not been fully understood despite my efforts to provide the necessary information.
Until this issue is resolved, I feel compelled to share my experience through reviews, as I believe it's important for potential users to be aware of these challenges.
I sincerely hope someone in charge of this app will reach out to me. I’m eager to find a solution, as it’s disheartening to feel like I’ve wasted my money on a service I cannot use. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

It is also welcome to start the free trial of premium to enjoy the full and umlimited video-editing/retouch experience. Scam Artist!!
I am interested in getting a refund for a service I have not received for over a month! This morning when I saw the developer responded, I actually got exited to see if there was a solution. However, I’m MORE frustrated now than before, as someone “copied and pasted” the SAME IDENTICAL email, word for word that I’ve received the past 3 TIMES!!! That confirms to me that NO ONE took the time to actually READ my email!! If they did, they surely wouldn’t respond with something I’ve already complained about. Also they would see I have completed all the steps that were requested, AND sent all the screenshots !! Why would the developer send an email requesting what’s been emailed to them 3 emails ago???
Could it be that they could care LESS?? Just bc you type in someone’s name at the top of a pre written letter, does not constitute a personalized solution. I feel I’m BACK to square zero.
I will just continue to write Bad reviews each day starting today, until I get a refund, or the issue has been resolved!
This is the WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I wouldn’t recommend this app to an arch enemy!!

Important Features Don’t Work
They advertise body tuning effects but don’t let you see WHAT they actually are until you purchase a subscription. And then once you do, it’s blatantly false advertising and absolutely nothing you actually need or want to use. I’m so sick of these developers using dishonesty and false advertising to rope people into paying for useless stuff. At least be honest and upfront, so I know whether or not I want to spend my money on something.
