This signed me up for a subscription without me even agreeing as I was actually deleting the app.

3 DAYS???

When I first downloaded this app I seas so excited because I needed this for school. And it worked for 3 days until you have to pay to use it. All I wanted was some app that I could use for projects, nope not happing. LET DOWN!!!!!

Hello, you can use the basic version of the application absolutely free.

issues with Id’ing.

i’ve been trying to ID plants for a while now. sometimes it works. most of the time i just get kicked back to the desktop. After contact they supposedly fixed it. But it’s still an issue.

Not worth it at all

All the app does is take you to google for care instructions. I already knew the name of my plant, so I could have googled it myself if that was the case. And they have the audacity to want to charge people for this? Shame.

Hello, sometimes the app does not recognize a certain plant, but we are constantly improving it, and we will definitely fix it! In addition, in the app you can get plant care tips and add plants to your garden, where the photos will be saved.

Not working

When I first purchased it, it was fine now it won’t even identify a simple parsley plant
What’s up with that.

Was charged accidentally and no refunds

I was charged by this app $16.99 and Apple decided not to refund. The app is not free. Do not download if you don't want to pay.
I thought it'll give me a free trial first.

app is very basic and Not recommended.
